6、補(bǔ)配液采用槽內(nèi)與補(bǔ)液罐雙磁致伸縮流量計(jì)線性檢測(cè),以及可調(diào)節(jié)氣閥控流結(jié)構(gòu),有效保證初配時(shí)間和微量精補(bǔ)配液的精度。
