Recently, Changzhou S.C Exact has successfully developed the industry-leading texturing equipment of Plus series, leading the technological advancement of the domestic PV equipment industry. The texturing equipment of Plus series maintains high production capacity and incorporates the latest technology. Plus series boost cell efficiency by upgrading equipment structure and production processes, which further improves the cell microstructure and surface cleanliness, and reduces contamination at the same time. This achievement represents another milestone in our company's significant breakthrough in the field of PV wet processing equipment. The first batch of texturing plus series has been assembled and will be officially deployed to our customer’s site in August, assisting customers in reaching production requirement quickly.

With TOPCon becoming the mainstream technical route for solar cell manufacturing and the expansion of production lines, our company's advanced equipment orders have grown rapidly, leading to a steady increase in the market share of TOPCon core processing equipment. As the new generation core equipment of the TOPCon production line, the texturing Plus series equipment has been upgraded in several key aspects: first, through process optimization, it enhances the microstructure of the silicon wafer surface, thus improving the electrical performance of the cells, as verified in the laboratory; second, through structural optimization, internal fluid channel enhancement, material selection, manufacturing processes, and drying technology optimization, it controls and reduces the number of particles and process contamination in the equipment environment, thus enhancing wafer surface cleanliness; third, through the adoption of a self-developed functional water module, cleaning efficiency is improved, and energy consumption is reduced.
